It definitely brings relief. I do not experience pain in my hands or the burning sensation when I am active only when resting.
I apply the cream a couple of times during the day, at bedtime I apply it. It lasts approximately 3 hours then I’m woken up with numbness and burning and have to apply it again usually twice during the night.
